General Questions

  • The process typically includes a consultation, formal testing sessions, and a feedback appointment to review results and recommendations. A written report is also provided.

  • Most evaluations are completed within 2–4 weeks, depending on scheduling and the complexity of the referral question.

  • All appointments are by appointment only and take place at our Roseville office. Some components may be offered virtually, depending on the evaluation.

Logistics & Process

  • At KindMind Assessments, we are committed to providing transparent and straightforward pricing for the families we serve.

    Our comprehensive assessments are offered at a flat fee of $2,000.

    This fee covers the entire evaluation process, with no hidden costs.

  • At this time, KindMind Assessments is a private pay practice and is not contracted with any insurance plans. This means that clients pay for services directly.

    Many families choose to pay privately to ensure they receive a thorough, personalized evaluation without the restrictions that sometimes come with insurance-based assessments.

    If you have Out-of-Network (OON) benefits, you may be able to submit a superbill to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. We are happy to provide a superbill upon request, but please note that reimbursement is not guaranteed and varies by plan.

    We encourage you to check with your insurance provider in advance to understand your specific benefits.

Cost & Insurance

  • Yes. All clients receive a detailed, easy-to-understand report outlining the results, diagnosis (if applicable), and personalized recommendations.

  • Absolutely, with your written consent, we’re happy to coordinate care by sharing the report or discussing the findings with relevant providers.
