  • Most evaluations are completed within 2–4 weeks, depending on scheduling and the complexity of the referral question.

  • All appointments are by appointment only and take place at our Roseville office. Some components may be offered virtually, depending on the evaluation.

Logistics & Process

  • We are currently in-network with select insurance plans. Please contact us for the most up-to-date information. For out-of-network plans, we can provide a superbill for possible reimbursement.
